Rock that Doesn’t Roll, a John Templeton Foundation-funded Public Radio Exchange (PRX) podcast, explores the quirky world of Christian rock through stories from its 1990s and early aughts fans. Christian rock has long been the target of jokes, but the effect it had on evangelical kids is worth serious consideration. Together with my co-host, journalist Andrew Gill, we explore stories from people who grew up listening to Contemporary Christian Music. Expect historical insight, hilarious moments, and heartfelt yearning in equal measure.
